Katherine brings nearly fourteen years of professional practice across Ayurveda, transpersonal psychology, somatic and elemental bodywork, ancestral healing, and depth hypnotherapy.

Rooted in ancestral wisdom and guided by embodied presence, her work explores the intersection between traditional medicine, the body, consciousness, and our relationship with ourselves, one another, and the lands that hold us.

For this residency, Katherine isn't arriving as the retreat leader.

She is arriving as a fellow practitioner — initiating the container, then living inside the same arc as everyone in the circle: harvesting, gathering, creating, integrating, crossing, and returning together.
